New Stunna Lip Paints

 

The brown shade Rihanna wore for her lingerie line Savage x Fenty’s NYFW show caught my eye. I guess I’m too much of a fan to notice that she didn’t already have that shade in her beauty line. Turns out it’s one of the newest shades in her Stunna Lip Paint line. It’s called Unveil, and it’s a delicious chocolate brown. Rih didn’t stop with that ode to the ’90s, though. She also released something for us mauve-y nude-loving ladies. My friend Rae said I might finally pop my Fenty cherry with Uncuffed. I think she’s right. That or Unbutton, a peachy nude that’s so gorgeous.

Naked Cherry

Speaking of cherries, Urban Decay has released the latest addition to their Naked line. It’s a cherry-inspired collection that includes an eyeshadow palette, lipsticks, lip liners, eyeliners and a blush palette. Yes, the collection had me at the name. With the original Naked palette being put to the rest, I think this is a good alternative albeit in a very different shade range.

Now, here’s a literally naked beauty product. After launching their naked (a.k.a. packaging-free) foundation, Lush Cosmetics is launching naked lipsticks that can be used the way they are or put inside an old, empty lipstick bullet.

Duckie Thot for L’Oreal

Duckie Thot can be described in many words, but I guess we can all agree that the best one to use is gorgeous. After being one of Fenty Beauty’s muses, she’s getting more attention — and rightfully so! The model has been chosen as the newest global ambassador for L’Oreal, and I’m happy to see that the brand is taking this move towards inclusivity. (Here’s hoping this isn’t tokenism, but I’ll take what I can get.)
