Is the iWhite Korea BB.Holic Everyday BB Cream Worth Your Time?

Sharing is caring!

We — my husband, our daughter and I — were grabbing snacks at 7/11 when I saw the iWhite Korea BB Cream  on one of the stands. I had second thoughts about getting one because as we’ve established, I’m not a fan of jumping on bandwagons, and I usually let hypes die down before I try a product. It was only P25, though! How can I resist?

The product comes in sachets. Yes, it’s a BB in a sachet! I picked up the one in light — the BB cream is offered in two shades: light and beige — because it was the only shade available. I felt a bit uneasy at first, thinking the shade would not fit me right but was surprised that it was perfect.

The texture and application of iWhite Korea BB Cream

I spread a pea-sized amount of the cream and immediately noticed how watery it was. The texture is akin to a tinted moisturizer, although it provides a bit more coverage. My face looked naturally glowing and dewy.

The product looked a bit ashy on me when I first applied it, but it oxidized (as BB creams do) after a few minutes and matched my skin tone perfectly. It didn’t cover my blemishes, but I didn’t expect it to. On the up side, it made my face look brighter!

How the BB cream looks on the skin

What the iwhite BB Holic Everyday BB Cream looks like when applied on the skin

After about five hours of wear without setting powder, I noticed that the shade oxidized some more and delivered a rather red-orange tinge to my face. Oil was already evident on my T-zone and chin, too.

I haven’t tried to wear it for an entire day, but you can count on it to look decent for five hours if you have dry skin but are sweaty as sweaty can get. I haven’t used it long enough to notice whether it has made my skin better either. But it does contain niacinamide, which is great for anti-aging and works wonders as a sunscreen, too.

My stash has been emptied, but I’m gonna pick one up again when I can. If my title still needs answering: Yes, the iWhite Korea BB Holic Everyday BB cream is worth your time. It’s cheap. It works. What more can you ask for?
